小件配件 - $30 順豐速運

大件配件 - $80 順豐速運

🚲Bike Delivery Arrangement / Pickup Method

When purchasing tokyobike, you can choose the following pickup/delivery methods. We usually assemble the bicycle and the accessories purchased together for the customer before sending it out. If you don't need to assemble or have other matters, you can make a note when placing an order.

Please rest assured that no matter which method you choose in the end, we will have someone to follow up and confirm. Please rest assured to shop.

1) Self-pickup at Kwun Tong store - free of charge
When you buy a tokyobike, we will provide you with free assembly service, and the bicycle will be delivered to the customer after adjustment and testing by a special person. We generally recommend that customers come to the store to pick it up. First, you can exchange bicycle information with us, and second, you can visit our store. In addition, we will also take photos for guests!

2) Call vans for customers - charge by region, by app
We can help customers call the car to put on the van for free, and the customer pays the driver by himself (according to the call van app).

3) Other methods/ other regions
If you need to use other methods to ship to other remote or designated areas, please contact us for assistance. Please rest assured that no matter which method you choose after placing the order, we will have a special person to follow up and confirm. Please rest assured to shop. If you purchase accessories with bike, we will assemble it on the bike.

small item - $30 by SF delivery
bulk item - $80 by SF delivery
