一經下單,所有產品均不設退換。如你需要取消訂單,你需要交付 15% 或至少港幣 $50 的交易費及手續費。所有運費無論產品是否已經寄出,均不設退款。

你亦可以租借我們單車試踩一天,或者到我們的觀塘實體店親身試試,以確保你選購最適合的單車。

Once an order is placed, all products are non-refundable. If you need to cancel the order, you need to pay 15% or at least HK$50 transaction fee and handling fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not.

Since the bicycle is a very large item and needs to be assembled, it is not possible to arrange a return for the customer. If you have any needs, please contact us and make inquiries before purchasing, we will provide you with the most detailed assistance.
You can also rent our bikes for a trial ride for a day, or go to our physical store in Kwun Tong to try them out to make sure you choose the most suitable bike.
Can I change the color, size or shipping address on my order?

I purchased products as a guest, can I cancel my order?
